Cancel or Re-Schedule an existing Appointment.

We offer Cancel/re-Schedule service for those who has got active booking. Please note you cancel an appointment before 48 hour before appointment only.

You need to have a valid appointment (Case Id:CASE-20260312-8957/Booking Id:BKFR-008957)
To cancel/Re-Schedule, you have more that 48 hours before your appointment
Cancellation/No Show would not have any refunds.
If no show or cancellation, it would not be possible to book another appointment with in the month

Online Birth,Marriage and Death Registration

We are trialing complete new online process for application of Birth,Death and Marriage registration. This including online application filling, online application evidence submission, validation online by staff, book and pay for appointment.

Aim to cover Birth, Marriage and Death registration online.
Ability to upload evidence ( Compulsory and Optional)
Staff Validation on or before arrival of customer for appointment.

Online Passport Application Serivces

We are trialing complete new online process for application of new passport and provide evidence. Once submitted you will be requested to visit our office in Paris for document validation. This will be avialable to book via our online appointment system. Whole process including processing in Colombo is tracable online to give you a quick and transparent service update.
